I love red lentils and looking for a delicious lentil salad with the classic Indian cuisine, I found it on foodboard.de.Add lentils and cranberries and sauté briefly. Season with pepper and cumin.

  • Add 1 tbsp sugar and caramelise. Add 600 ml of water and broth and cover, cook for 10 - 20 minutes over low heat. Stir from time to time and give water if necessary. (This will make the lenses soft)
  • Remove the lentils, stir in the vinegar and stir Season with salt, pepper and cumin. Allow to cool.
  • Cut salad into strips, halve tomatoes and mince parsley. Mix the salad with 4 tablespoons of oil and mix under the lentils.
  • Incredibly tasty!
