Today I have the ultimate "No Baking Time" recipe for you. The delicious Quarkbrot with a dough from wholemeal spelled flour, egg and cottage cheese is super juicy and perfect for children. Thanks to the high content of fibers, minerals and B vitamins in wholemeal spelled flour, the bread is perfect for a healthy start to the day.
I only have five minutes used. All you have to do is add wholemeal spelled flour, wholemeal spelled semolina, salt, baking powder, an egg and quark to a dough.(If the dough seems too dry, add 1-2 tablespoons of milk.)
Make a loaf of bread from the dough, cut several times on the top and let rest for 10 minutes.
