There has not been a zucchini noodle recipe for a long time. I want to change that again today and hope you still feel like vegetable spaghetti. If so, then you should definitely try my Zoodles with Gorgonzola. There's also a spiral cutter test today with my two favorite cutters for you.
My Spiral Cutter Test
Gefu Spirelli 2.0
Do you already have a spiral cutter? For most of my zucchini noodle recipes, I use the gefu Spiralschneider Spirelli and am really satisfied. He is easy to handle and space-saving and the price-performance ratio is absolutely right. With the Spirelli you can, however, cut "only" elongated vegetables into vegetable spirals. So far, this has always been enough for me.
Benefits of feeling Spirelli 2.0
- Easy to use
- Small and space-saving
- Good workmanship
- Extremely sharp and stainless knives
- Two openings for thinner and slightly thicker vegetable noodles
- Easy to use
- Comfortable to hold
- Quick and easy rinse bust cleaning
Disadvantages of Gefelli Spirelli 2.0
- Only for elongated vegetables like carrots, zucchini and cucumbers
Spiral Cutter Lurch Spirali
In In the last few weeks I have tested the Spirali of Lurch and I am also very excited about the result. My Zoodles with Gorgonzola are basically my first test recipe with the Lurch :) The advantage of the Lurch spiral cutter is that you can use not only elongated vegetables, but also round ones like potatoes and kohlrabi. It tastes so good that you should definitely try the recipe.Wonderfully spicy, fast and so good!

Drizzle the gorgonzola tomatoes with 4 tablespoons of olive oil and bake in a preheated oven for 5-10 minutes, depending on the consistency you prefer. I love the Gorgonzola liquid, so I bake for 10 minutes.
In the meantime, cut the zucchini into spirals. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan and sauté the zucchini spaghetti for 1-2 minutes.More zucchini noodle recipes can be found in my overview. :)
