Pasta with mascarpone cream sauce, peas and bacon
At the temperatures yesterday I had a big appetite for a warming portion of noodles. I must confess that the compilation was caused by leftovers in the refrigerator. I still had a rest of mascarpone, some cream, bacon cubes and a tin of peas.Dice the onion, finely chop the garlic. Fry both together with the bacon in the pan. Stir in the mascarpone, cream and peas, bring to a boil and season with salt, pepper and mixed herbs.
I did it by the way Hardly believe today again without umbrella and jacket to go out of the house. It's going uphill with summer 2014!
