Yesterday my wonderful boy turned two years old. For two years I am already a mother and every day so incredibly grateful for this little, great luck. Since I avoid sugary foods for Tom, there was a totally delicious, healthy birthday cake for his special day.
Tom's Second Birthday
We had such a wonderful day with lots of great gifts, good friends and all sorts of delicacies. In the morning I brought Tom to the Kita as usual, where he was duly celebrated. He was rightly judged by how proud he was. He kept saying "Tom, two" . Sooo cute. In the morning I had time to work in the kitchen and to decorate the apartment. And lunch was celebrated at home with his dearest friends and delicious cake. The grandparents, uncle and aunt arrive today and on weekends. Otherwise it would all have been too much in one day.

In another bowl mix hazelnuts, flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and vanilla. Now add maple syrup, milk, rapeseed oil, carrots and apples and mix well with a spoon.
Put the dough in a greased springform pan (26 cm) and bake in a preheated oven for 50 - 60 minutes. Then cool and remove from the mold.
For the glaze, stir cream cheese, yoghurt, maple syrup and vanilla with a blender until smooth. Apply the glaze to the cake.
