Zoats - Healthy Zucchini Porridge

Are you eager to eat a warm porridge for breakfast? I love the healthy oatmeal in all sorts of variants and most of all with many fresh fruits. But even vegetables can be cheated perfectly in the healthy power breakfast. Zoats is the magic word here - a porridge of zucchini and oatmeal.
Oats - Zucchini and Oats
After the Zoodles, the Zoats are coming! With the new breakfast trend, the favorite porridge is simply supplemented with grated zucchini. For the extra portion of vegetables in the morning.
Since zucchini have a very low taste, zucchini oats are also great for small vegetable muffle:)
Keep zodats long full, are incredibly healthy, wonderfully creamy and just taste fantastic! A healthy breakfast for the whole family, which is also prepared as fast as turbo and can be prepared well the day before.
I used small cut kiwi, walnuts and coconut flakes as a topping for my zucchini porridge. You can also combine your zoats with your favorite berries, fruits and nuts as you wish.
- 150 g Zucchini
- 1 Banana
- 4 EL walnuts
- 2 Kiwis
- 140 g tender Oatmeal
- 600 ml Milk e.g. Almond Milk
- 1 TL ground vanilla
- 1-2 EL Maple Syrup
- 2 EL coconut flakes
