I'm still in the middle of autumn mood, but I'm starting to think about Christmas. Nothing easier than that! To get into the Christmas spirit, I baked my favorite Christmas carols at the weekend and brought you healthy cookies with almonds . The sugar-free Christmas biscuits are delicious and great for kids.
Oh, you nice holiday season
Christmas comes to me every year totally. Do you know that too? I always think that I will take care of presents, advent calendars and cookies at an early stage, but so far it has never really worked out. In fact, I'm always reminded of retailers at Christmas. Unfortunately, often in September with summery temperatures. Thank you very much :) In the supermarkets, the shelves are already filled with advent calendars and sweet treats and even the Christmas markets open this week. Hello winter! Hello Christmas! I'm finally ready.
Baking healthy biscuits
My healthy biscuits do not contain sugar and are sweetened with maple syrup. They are wonderfully crispy, not too sweet and really delicious! So you can enjoy the Christmas without any regrets and do not have to do without delicious snacks! The cookie dough consists of almonds, spelled wholemeal flour and oatmeal and is quick and easy to prepare.
Alternatively, I would have a recipe for low carb cookies for you.Eg of Natumi

Place the peeled banana in a mixing bowl and crush with a fork. Add spelled and almond drink, maple syrup and coconut oil until it becomes sticky.
Now fold in oatmeal, flour, chis seed and almonds. Let it swell for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, the oven Preheat to 200 degrees. Lay out a baking tray with baking paper and grease with coconut oil.
Form small balls with your hands, flatten them a little and place them on the baking tray.
Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes.
