Christmas is coming up and I'm really looking forward to a little break with the family. But before I say goodbye to my little Christmas break, I'd like to share this recipe for healthy cinnamon balls with dates and almonds. Maybe you are so spontaneously still looking for delicious, healthy pastries for the upcoming Christmas.
Cinnamon Balls with dates and almonds
The small, sweet Energyballs with dates, almonds, almonds and cinnamon make for Christmas enjoyment without remorse. They are prepared in no time and just as quickly eaten again :) Because they just taste too good to stay untouched for a long time. In the refrigerator, the cinnamon balls but also hold several days. So you always have a healthy snack in stock fast.
Made easy, delicious and sugar-free. And yet the delicious little balls taste really sweet by the addition of the dates. After baking, I rolled the small energy balls into coconut flakes and powdered sugar. Incidentally, you also get that in a low carb version. I like to use xylitol powdered sugar *.
This year, as a self-confessed baking muffle, I've baked as much as I've ever had. And it was really fun!The healthy cinnamon balls sweeten your Christmas with no regrets.
- 10 Dates, pitted
- 250 g almonds
- 1 EL Cinnamon
- 1 EL Mandelmus
- 2 EL grated coconut or Powdered sugar

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
