Healthy cake that tastes delicious too. I remember my feverish search for a healthy, child-friendly cake for Tom's first birthday in March. I've been rolling cookbooks, rummaging through Pinterest, and getting tips from other mothers. The first birthday cake should finally be something very special. Healthy, delicious and pleasantly sweet.
Most Cakes that I found were baked with banana, which I personally do not find very tasty. For Tom, I wanted to make a cake that is eaten by both children and adults. In the end, as always, I find what I'm looking for, with dear Veronika and her wonderful cookbook Healthy cooking is love *. Oh how many times have I been preparing this delicious cake ever since? ♥
The delicious cake tasted delicious for all ages. And my big toddler obviously enjoyed eating his first birthday cake.
For toms Birthday I bought these little baking dishes * and baked six small mini cakes out of the dough. From the flexible silicone molds, the cake can be removed without damage after baking. I now own the Lurch Flexiformes in all imaginable sizes.
The mini cakes not only look and are totally cute perfect for little children's hands, they can also be frozen great:)

The delicious blueberry cake is full of healthy ingredients and has been one of my favorite sweets ever since Tom's birthday Delight in the afternoon or Sunday breakfast with the whole family.
Healthy cakes do not necessarily have to be dry.

In a second bowl, whisk coconut oil and spelled milk with the egg. Crush the dates with a fork and mix together with the maple syrup under the liquid.
Add the dry ingredients slowly to the liquid mixture and mix with a hand mixer.
Grease the baking tin with coconut oil and pour in a thin layer of dough. Now add the blueberries and then alternately fill dough and blueberries in the form.
Allow the cake to cool slightly in the mold, then gently tumble and allow to cool.
For that Recipe you need a box shape 25 cm .
If you want to use six small baking pans * like me, then the baking time is shortened by 20 - 25 minutes!
