The idea That sweet potato is toasting comes from an American blogger named Kelsey. Kelsey fancied an avocado sandwich but no more bread in the pantry. So, without further ado, thin slices of sweet potato were toasted in the toaster.(see master recipe)
Sweet potato toast with almond purée and banana
But also with sweet topping the orange tuber tastes delicious! My son likes sweet potato toast the most with almond purée and banana.

- sweet potato
- 1 banana
- Mandelmus
- Cocoa Nibs
- Peel the sweet potato, slice it and toast to the desired consistency.(see basic recipe)
- The sweet potato slices with the ham and egg, with salt and Season pepper.
